Waiver of Liability

By signing this waiver, I, the undersigned client, acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Assumption of Risk:
     I understand that fishing and boating involve inherent risks, including, but not limited to, accidents, equipment failures, weather conditions, and personal injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to participate at my own risk.

  2. Release of Liability:
     I release Fishing Peck, its owners, employees, and affiliates, including Andy Rose, from any liability for injuries, property damage, or other claims resulting from my participation in the guided fishing trip, except in cases of gross negligence.

  3. Health and Safety:
     I affirm that I am physically able to participate and will inform the guide of any medical conditions or concerns prior to the trip.

  4. Compliance:
     I agree to follow all instructions provided by the guide and abide by local fishing and boating laws. Failure to comply may result in the termination of the trip without refund.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Payment:
    • A full payment is required to confirm the trip.
    • Cancellations made within 2 days of the scheduled trip are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  2. Weather Policy:
     The guide reserves the right to reschedule or cancel trips due to unsafe weather conditions. In such cases, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or a refund.

  3. Catch and Cleaning:
     The guide will clean and prepare fish within legal limits for transport home. Clients are responsible for adhering to all fishing regulations.

  4. Equipment and Damage:
     The guide will provide fishing equipment and safety gear. Clients are responsible for damage caused to equipment due to negligence or misuse.

  5. Media Release

    By booking with Fishing Peck, you agree that any photos or videos taken during your trip can be used for promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, and our website. If you do not want your image used, please let us know in writing before your trip.

Lodging:
 If lodging is included, clients agree to treat the property with care. Damages caused by the client may result in additional charges.
